My Climb Ontario is a resource for rock climbing competitors competing in OCF sanctioned competitions. Manage your athletic profile, register for comps online, and track your results.

Your Privacy is Important to Us

My Climb Ontario is operated by The Ontario Climbing Federation (hereinafter referred to as "Climb Ontario"), which is the sole owner of the information collected on this site. We will not sell, share, or rent your email address or any other personal information collected on this site in any way that is not related to a climbing competition you register for through your my.ClimbOntario account.

The competition registration information you submit will be shared with the host climbing gym, including competitor's name and date of birth. This information is shared to allow the host gym to prepare for competition.

Competitor information including name and registration category may also be displayed on Climb Ontario website pages including Registered Competitors and Comp Results.

Notification of Changes

If we change any policy regarding privacy, we will post those changes online so our users are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any point we decide to use personally identifiable information in a manner different from that stated at the time it was collected, we will notify users by way of an email. Users will have a choice as to whether or not we use their information in this different manner. We will only use information in accordance with the policy under which the information was collected.

Registration

In order to register and use my.ClimbOntario, a user must submit and verify thier email address. This email address will be used by Climb Ontario to communicate with you about your account. It will not be rented, sold or shared with anyone else.

This web site may contain links to other sites. Please be aware that Climb Ontario is not responsible for the privacy practices of such other sites. From time-to-time our site requests information from users via surveys or contests. Applicable Law

Disputes
